What we collect

Registration asks for each player's name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, GHIN number, and Handicap Index. We use this information to run the tournament: assigning regions, seeding brackets, scheduling matches, and contacting teams.

What we share

Public pages such as the bracket show team names, player names, and seeds only. Contact details, GHIN numbers, and ZIP codes are never displayed publicly. Opponents receive the captain's contact information so matches can be scheduled.

Payments

Entry fees are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. See Stripe's privacy policy for how payment information is handled.
