Every round runs across two weekends, so each match has four dates to choose from: both Saturdays and both Sundays. Holiday and major-event weekends are off.

Step 1 · Rounds 1–4
Championship Bracket

Every team starts here. Keep winning and you reach the Region Final unbeaten.
Step 2 · Rounds 2–7
Second Chance Bracket
Apr 17 – Aug 1
Optional, after your first loss: $50 per player to keep playing. A second loss ends your run.
Step 3 · Rounds 8–9
Region Final
Aug 7 – Aug 29
The Championship Bracket winner plays the Second Chance winner for the region. A reset decides it if the Second Chance winner wins.
Step 4 · Rounds 10–11
Final Four + Championship
Sep 11 – Oct 3
The four region champions play single elimination for The Georgia Cup.

Availability

Entering means you're available

By paying the entry fee, your team agrees that both players are available on every play date above. The Georgia Cup books every match: when your opponent is set, you have 48 hours to tell us which dates work best, and we assign the date, course, and tee time with at least 72 hours' notice. Each player pays their own green fees.

If you can't make your assigned time, ask at least 72 hours ahead and we'll move it once if another date works for both teams. Otherwise a team that can't play forfeits the match, and entry fees are not refunded for forfeits. Only one of your two players needs to be there. Weather is never a forfeit: called-off matches move to another date or to the Monday-to-Thursday makeup window after the round.
